The future of real estate in St. Thomas, we're going to continue to see a lot of growth, even at this point. We've got a lot of new subdivisions and new development going on. There's gonna be even further coming and there's, the stuff you haven't seen yet. There, there's gonna be pushing out through the south.
They're gonna be pushing out through the west. I think we're maxed out at the north but it's gonna continue to grow. So right now, I think we're approximately 42,000. People for population. And we predict 50,000 people by 2030.
