No. Honestly, an open house is a good way for a listing agent to pick up new buyers in the market that maybe don't have an agent representation as of yet. And I can't account any of my deals, any of my listings that I've sold a house due to an open. Now not to say some agents haven't, but that's just my experience.
A lot of it is looky lose nosy neighbours, people out for a Sunday drive. So hope that answers your questions.
